We’ve just received a press release stating that a couple of movies in The Three Musketeers ‘universe’ are bound for the cinema screen in 2023. The Three Musketeers – D’Artagnan will hit screens in France and Switzerland on 5th April 2023, while The Three Musketeers – Milady will release on 13th December. We are assuming that other territories will follow.
The production is now shooting with the script written by Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre de La Patellière. Martin Bourboulon directs.

It was previously announced that the production is an ‘$85 million epic two-part saga based on Alexandre Dumas’ masterpiece’ with shooting said to have started back in September.
There’s a little more information at the end of the link above, but the cast list and French and Swiss release dates were all that was included in the release we received from Pathe earlier.
