It’s Disney+ day this coming Friday and there are tons of delights heading your way to celebrate the second anniversary of the streaming service. One such thing is an IMAX enhanced look to some select movies on the streamer, notably the Marvel movies.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is one of the movies that will benefit from the aspect ratio of 1:90:1 which will obviously give the viewer more to see on screen. In fact, many of the other Marvel Studios releases, from Iron Man to Black Widow, will get the upgrade, according to reports. 13 movies in the series will get the new ratio, so reports Variety. They do add, though, that the availability will vary depending on where you are accessing Disney+ from.
The streamer is also offering a cheaper sign-up for new and returning subscribers for the first month, a reported 70% off.
