Some ‘family’ movie news for new now as it reaches us that the recently released ‘Paw Patrol’ movie is getting a sequel from Paramount Pictures, to be released in 2023. The news comes from Variety who reports that the movie will be getting a follow-up, to be released in cinemas exclusively in October 2023.
The Paw Patrol Movie was quite well-received by critics and obviously got young audiences back into cinemas, despite the fact that it was also released on-demand in some territories at the same time. The film bagged an impressive $128 million around the world from a reported $26 million budget – so it is a no-brainer that a follow-up would follow.
Cal Brunker, who helmed the first film, will return to direct.
More news as it comes our way, folks.
