Westworld and former X-Men actor James Marsden has joined the cast of the planned Sonic The Hedgehog movie. The film is set to start rolling soon and is said to blend live-action and CGI. It is based on the popular SEGA video games of the same name.
The Hollywood Reporter reported the news of Marsden’s casting in the new movie, though no further details were mentioned as to who he will be playing in the movie.
Paramount Pictures are behind the project, which will be directed by Jeff Fowler.
Sonic The Hedgehog has a release date set for November 15th, 2019.
