A new trailer for Danny Boyle’s upcoming TV series Trust has arrived online. The series tells the story of the kidnapping of John Paul Getty III, a theme used in Ridley Scott’s All The Money In The World, which was released in the UK last week.
The series, created by Simon Beaufoy, begins in 1973 with the kidnapping of John Paul Getty III, an heir to the Getty oil fortune, by the Italian mafia in Rome.
Harris Dickinson plays Getty III, while Michael Esper and Hilary Swank also star as J. Paul Getty Jr. and his wife Gail. Brendan Fraser, Anna Chancellor, Norbert Leo Butz, Charlotte Riley and Luca Marinelli co-star, while Donald Sutherland assumes the role of billionaire John Paul Getty.
