Man Of Steel star Henry Cavill has signed up to star in Mission: Impossible 6 for director Christopher McQuarrie. The actor will join the project. which will shoot later this year, opposite lead Tom Cruise.
There are no plot details released in the casting report, but the word on the streets, but we hear that Cavill will play some kind of agent/ colleague at the IMF, the agency that Cruise’s Ethan Hunt works for. Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner and more series regulars are expected back for the action film, which will be released in 2018.
McQuarrie directs from his own screenplay.
