The embargo has dropped, and we can finally share our thoughts of the very first stand-alone Star Wars movie, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. You can read our full review of he movie on the site over here, but we also have one of our reaction videos to share, which we filmed in London’s Leicester Square earlier this evening.
Our editor, Paul Heath, and HeyUGuys‘ Stefan Pape have reunited following their coverage at the Toronto and London film festivals to give their initial reaction to the film – and there are no spoilers, so don’t worry.
First, here’s a recap of the plot.
In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves
Here’s our reaction video, which we’ve posted over on our Facebook page.
