You’re Welcome Dwayne Johnson song posted in full: Disney let loose one of the best scenes in this weekend’s big animated adventure.
The You’re Welcome Dwayne Johnson scene can be viewed below.
One of the best things about this week’s big film release Moana is the sequence where Dwayne Johnson songs the brilliant ‘You’re Welcome’, a song that I hope is nominated for an Academy Award just so that we get to see the big man perform live on stage.
The You’re Welcome Dwayne Johnson sequence takes place part of the way through the movie where Moana (Auli‘i Cravalho) meets Johnson’s demi-God Maui seeking his help to save her homeland.
Moana finally opens across the UK this weekend, and you can check out our interview with the film’s legendary directors Ron Clements and John Musker, which we’ve just posted.
If you’re unfamiliar with the plot of Moana, here it is, as provided by the studio.
An adventurous teenager sails out on a daring mission to save her people. During her journey, Moana meets the once-mighty demigod Maui, who guides her in her quest to become a master way-finder. Together they sail across the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds. Along the way, Moana fulfills the ancient quest of her ancestors and discovers the one thing she always sought: her own identity.
Moana opens in UK cinemas on Friday 2nd December, 2016. Check back tomorrow for our full review.
