Sons Of Anarchy continues its run of wonderfully random guest stars as it has been revealed that Glee’s Lea Michele will be appearing in the final season of the Kurt Sutter created series.
Michele will be playing the character of Gertie, an empathetic truck stop waitress and single mother who connects with Gemma (Katey Sagal) during a difficult time. Michele joins Courtney Love, Marilyn Manson and Malcom-Jamal Warner as season seven guest stars.
The news of a Glee cast member joining the cast of the FX smash shouldn’t be surprising news to some, as Glee’s Emmy nominated director Paris Barclay is executive producer and principle director of Sons Of Anarchy (and will also be directing the episode Michele appears in).
Fox most certainly like to keep it in the family huh?
The final season of Sons Of Anarchy airs September 9th in the US.
