As tempting as it might be to open with a SIXTH SENSE type joke here, we thought we might as well refrain and tell you the news that Haley Joel Osment has signed on to join Warner Bros. ENTOURAGE movie.
It is unclear as to what Osment’s role will be, but he will be joining Jeremy Piven, Billy Bob Thornton, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and other actors from the original HBO series. Doug Ellin will take on directing duties, while Ellin and Rob Weiss wrote the screenplay. And of course, it wouldn’t be a ENTOURAGE project without having Marky Mark himself Mark Wahlberg involved, he will produce the project alongside Weiss.
Known for his roles in THE SIXTH SENSE and other films such as A.I. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE and the amazing BOGUS (we don’t care what IMDB says) Haley Joel Osment has had steady roles over the last year, including The Spoils Of Babylon. The next big project for Osment will be starring in Kevin Smith’s TUSK.
