Bryce Dallas Howard is currently in talks to play a pivotal part in director Colin Trevorrow’s JURASSIC WORLD. The actress, daughter of Oscar-winning filmmaker Ron Howard, is best known for her roles in THE VILLAGE, SPIDER-MAN 3 and THE LADY IN THE WATER. She’s expected to take the lead role.
JURASSIC WORLD will again have Steven Spielberg involved as a producer in the installment of his iconic dinosaur franchise originally based on the the novel by Michael Crichton. Trevorrow will also pen the screenplay alongside Derek Connolly. Again, Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are also set to produce the sequel which will be shot in 3D and expected in cinemas 12th June 2015.
We’re still unsure what the plot involves but the title suggests it’s going to be dino-havoc everywhere!

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
