We’d previously had a teaser for Dreamworks Animation effort TURBO, but we now have the UK theatrical trailer for the computer animated film which is released in US cinemas from the 19th July and the UK 18th October. It’s co-written and directed by David Soren.
Ryan Reynolds voices the lead title character, an ordinary garden snail with dreams of being the fastest snail in the world. An impossible dream made possible by a freak accident giving him extraordinary speed. Coincidentally, Reynolds was favourite for a similar, live -action role as THE FLASH, in a superhero adventure that was in the works almost a decade ago. More support comes from Paul Giamatti, Michael Pena, Luis Guzmán, Bill Hader, Richard Jenkins, Ken Jeong, Michelle Rodriguez, Maya Rudolph and Snoop Dogg, who also lend their voices to the comedy.
