END OF WATCH director David Ayer, who’s currently shooting action-thriller TEN (formally BREACHER) with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sam Worthington, is already lining up the cast of his next project, FURY. Brad Pitt and Shia LeBeouf have previously been announced to play two of the five soldiers leading a mission involving the American Sherman tank of the title, into battle during the latter stages of World War II.
We now have word that PERCY JACKSON and THE PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER rising star Logan Lerman has landed the role of the youngest and most inexperienced member of the crew who all become the mop up members to rid the remaining Nazis in 1945 Germany. As ever, we’ll keep you posted as the rest of the cast comes together.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
