Former WWE star Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock) is seemingly busier than ever with upcoming roles in Michael Bay’s PAIN & GAIN, action sequel G.I. JOE: RETALIATION, cops & robbers thriller EMPIRE STATE and of course a return to the FAST & FURIOUS franchise. However, first up will be fact-based drama SNITCH in which Johnson plays a father who is offered a chance to go deep undercover and pose as a drug dealer in an effort to reduce his naive son’s prison sentence.

SNITCH is directed by former stuntman Ric Roman Waugh and co-stars Nadine Valaquez, Jon Bernthal, Michael Kenneth Williams, Harold Perrineau, Benjamin Bratt, Susan Sarandon and THN fave Barry Pepper.
