We have been bombarded with images over the last few weeks for director Timur Bekmambetov and producer Tim Burton’s history/horror mash-up ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER. Now we finally have a teaser trailer giving us a hint at just what the 16th President of the United States really got up to, during his (spare) time in office. The film has been adapted from Seth Grahame-Smith novel of the same name and is due for release 2nd August. Take a look:

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
