Denzel Washington has found a tidy little niche for himself these last few years – leading low-key action thrillers, and doing a damn fine job of it. Next up is SAFE HOUSE, which sees him playing renegade CIA officer Tobin Frost, who’s been in hiding for a decade. When his South African safe house is attacked, Frost finds himself on the run with unlikely ally and CIA rookie Matt Weston (Ryan Reynolds).
With a reliable cast and up-and-coming director in Daniel Espinosa, SAFE HOUSE could be a safe bet for 2012.
