True life action-thriller SNITCH has added another actor to its already impressive cast. Benjamin Bratt has joined the project that tells the fact based tale of a father who is offered the chance to reduce his wayward sons 10 year prison sentence by agreeing to become an undercover informant for the DEA. Dwayne Johnson will play the father alongside Susan Sarandon, John Bernthal (THE WALKING DEAD), Barry Pepper (TRUE GRIT) and Michael K. Williams (THE WIRE). Bratt is expected to play the major role of the narcotics kingpin Johnson must bring to justice.
Former stunt co-ordinator Ric Roman Waugh is directing from a script by REVOLUTIONARY ROAD’s Justin Haythe.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
