After shooting wrapped on arguably two of next years most anticipated films (TOTAL RECALL and PROMETHEUS), Colin Farrell and Noomi Rapace are to appear together for action-thriller DEAD MAN DOWN. The original Swedish director of THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO Niels Arden Oplev, will again work alongside his former leading lady, Noomi Rapace.

DEAD MAN DOWN will tell the story of a mobsters trusted right hand man, Victor (Farrell), who becomes involved with a deadly blackmail plot when a women named Beatrice (Rapace) seeks a violent revenge against his notorious New York underworld boss.

Rapace has a host of films lined up with appearances in SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS, the Dracula-themed horror THE LAST VOYAGE OF THE DEMETER and of course Ridley Scott’s ALIEN universe-set prequel, PROMETHEUS.
