Chris Rock
A whole host of actors have joined the cast of WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU’RE EXPECTING, which has the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz among it. Those actors are Chris Rock, Anna Kendrick and Brooklyn Decker.
According to Deadline, Rock will play Vic, a character who offers lectures to fathers-to-be about their pending responsibilities. Kendrick will play Rosie, while Decker will play a character named Skylar, who both appear in a subplot in the ensemble piece, which is said to be in a similar vein to films like LOVE ACTUALLY.
The film, based on the book of the same name, ‘is a modern look at love through the eyes of four interconnected couples experiencing the thrills and surprises of having a baby, and ultimately coming to understand the universal truth that no matter what you plan for, life doesn’t always deliver what’s expected.’
It will be released on May 11th, 2012 (USA). Kirk Jones (NANNY McPHEE) directs.
