The teaser trailer for RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES was promised for this morning, and yes folks, it’s here!!! Despite not featuring a lot of ‘action’ that we hadn’t already seen last night in the special WETA preview, the teaser does show off footage of James Franco and most of the other key actors in the movie, as well as a few more wonderful WETA magic tricks. These apes look so realistic! The film is set to arrive in cinemas on August 5th 2011, so quite a wait, but boy this is looking phenominal. I’m excited.
The film also stars Freida Pinto, John Lithgow, Brian Cox, Tom Felton, David Oyelowo and Andy Serkis as Caesar.
