Hammer Horror has truly risen from the dead! With the success of last year’s remake, LET ME IN, Hammer are moving full steam ahead with their new production, THE RESIDENT.

The film stars Hilary Swank and the undead Godfather of Hammer, Christopher Lee.

After separating from her husband beautiful young Doctor Juliet begins a new life in Brooklyn. Her stunning, spacious loft apartment seems too good to be true and when mysterious occurrences lead her to believe she’s not alone Juliet discovers the unthinkable…someone is watching.

Hammer is playing it really smart since their resurrection back in 2008 with the web series, BEYOND THE RAVE. This was quickly followed up with the remake of LET THE RIGHT ONE IN and starred a impressive young cast. Now with returning to their original roots, before the boobs and gore, with a bankable American star in Swank. And it doesn’t stop there with Hammer recently completing THE WOMAN IN BLACK, staring Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe and written by Jane Goldman who was been the cinematic adaptations of STARDUST, KICK-ASS and X-MEN: FIRST CLASS.

So below is the leaked trailer and I can’t wait till March 11th.
