The very first official image of John Cusack as Edgar Allen Poe in THE RAVEN has appeared online. The pic surfaced over at the Huffington Post earlier today.
James McTeigue, the guy who brought the graphic novel V FOR VENDETTA to the screen, and more recently NINJA ASSASSIN is directing.
Apparently the film is a fictional account of Poe’s mysterious last days–spent, as speculated by some, following a serial killer inspired by his horror stories, according to the blog.
