I am not actually sure that I welcome another Muppets movie, but then again Jason Segel is behind the film, and starring in it, so hopefully we are taken back to the Muppets of old ala THE MUPPETS TAKE MANHATTAN etc. Anyway, two new names have joined the growing cameo list for the film. Emily Blunt and Ricky Gervais are the two new peeps joining the project, which is going to be released in US theaters on December 25, 2011.
Alan Arkin, Jack Black, Billy Crystal, Zach Galifianakis and Jean-Claude Van Damme are already attached to cameo, while Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper and Rashida Jones star. Segel co-wrote the script with Nicholas Stoller (FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL).
