Golden Globe Winners In Full

The winners have been announced, the gongs have been dished out and the parties are in full swing over in Hollywood. Yes, we're referring to the 62nd Golden Globes, which were held in Beverly Hills last night. Looking at the British mob first, and we were nominated in a bunch of categories including Best Actress (twice, for Imelda Staunton and Kate Winslet), Best Actress in a TV Series (Joely Richardson) and bagged gongs with Clive Owen picking up an award for Best Actor in a Supporting role in Mike Nicol's Closer, Ian McShane for Best Actor in a TV series (Drama) for Deadwood and Mick Jagger, who bagged the Best Original Song award for "Old Habits Die Hard," from Alfie.

Sideways did manage to grab the Best Picture (musical or comedy) and the Best Screenplay award for Alexander Payne and Jim Taylor.

In the main categories, the main winner was Martin Scorsese's The Aviator which picked up Best Actor (Drama) for Leonardo DiCaprio, Best Original Score for Howard Shore and the biggie, Best Picture (Drama). Scorsese lost out on the Best Director award -- that went to Clint Eastwood for his 'Million Dollar Baby'. Hilary Swank also scored for that movie for Best Actress in a Leading Role (Drama) while Natalie Portman picked up the Best Actress in a Leading Role for Closer. The other female actress award went to Annette Bening (Actress in a Leading Role - Drama)for Being Julia. Jamie Foxx lucked out for a Best Supporting Actor award for Collateral, but did bag the big one, as expected, Best Actor for his role in Ray.

Best Foreign Film went to Spain's The Sea Inside.

Also noted is that Star Trek legend William Shatner picked up a gong for his supproting role in Boston Legal.

The Cecil B. DeMille award went to Robin Williams.
