Spielberg To Direct Neeson as 'Lincoln'

Steven Spielberg has commited to his next feature, a biopic of the US president Abraham Lincoln, and he wants his Schindler, Liam Neeson to play the man himself. The film will be his next, before his 1972 Munich Olympics film and Indiana Jones 4, which has been delayed once again.

Pre-production of the film will kick off just as soon as Spielberg has completed work on his War of the Worlds, which hits in July.

Speaking of War of the Worlds, here's another official image from the film featuring Tom Cruise and Dakota Fanning.
