The specs and box-art for the DVD of Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds has been released. Universal Studios Home Entertainment will release the film to the UK markets on 7th December 2009.
One of our fave TV shows is hitting DVD in the UK this week, the superb US TV show True Blood.
Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have announced that they will release Terminator Salvation on DVD and Blu-Ray in the UK from November 23rd. We have all of the info after the jump.
One of my favourite films of this year is the Johnny Depp/ Christian Bale starrer PUBLIC ENEMIES, which was released in the summer. I had the excellent opportunity to sit in the same room as both Johnny Depp and director Michael Mann earlier on this year after watching the film for the first time myself. It really is one of the best of the year.

That's right, the summer's best comedy flick (aside from THE HANGOVER) BRUNO is coming to British Blu-Ray and DVD from November 9th. Sacha Baron Cohen stars as his Austrian alter-ego in a flick that doesn;t hold back. The BBFC have reportedly passed over an hour of deleted and alternative scenes
along with an interview with Lloyd Robinson (5m 29s) and an enhanced
branching video commentary for both DVD and Blu-ray. More info soon.
One of the best movies of the year bar none (in any genre) was Todd Phillips' THE HANGOVER, and we're pleased to announce that the film is heading to DVD and Blu-Ray in the US this coming December 15th just in time for some festive laughs.

Even after all these year, PR hype can still influence me. Before I received the press release for 2009's Deadgirl,
I knew nothing of it. However, references to it as "groundbreaking" and
a movie that "made headlines around the world" enticed me. Worst case
scenario: I get a review out of it!
