A construction worker in Las Vegas has apparently found nude photographs of Hollywood actor/ comedia Jamie Foxx. Foxx, who is currently appearing opposite Tom Cruise in thriller Collateral, is said to be engaging in a sex act while pleasuring himself in the naughty pics. They were said to have been found in a trash can outside the stars home by Mark Pithian. Pithian later filed a report with the Las Vegas police claiming he was assaulted on Aug. 4 after four men broke into his apartment and confronted him about the fleshy photos. Now he plans to sell them to the highest bidder and has enlisted Arizona-based David Hans Schmidt to help him do so.
