Pop queen Madonna reportedly turned down the chance to appear in the hit BBC TV show Doctor Who after an entire episode was written for her. The LIKE A VIRGIN star was set to star in The Last Cassandra, penned specifically for the star, but she turned down the role -- so producers went with a different plan and cast Kylie Minogue in this year's Christ
