The Sun newspaper in the UK are reporting that Kiefer Sutherland's character in the hit TV show 24, could be going 'bad' in the next season of the show.

"Bauer will be his own boss… he’s going to be on his own." Sutherland said of his character Jack Bauer in season seven of the Fox show.

"At the end of the sixth season he’s tired, disillusioned with the government and doesn’t want anything more to do with the presidency." He added.

Shooting kicks off on the new series soon. Earlier in the week it was revealed that producers scrapped a major plot line just weeks before principal photography. Amongst the scenes that were scrapped included expensive locations in Africa. It has also been rumoured that Washington, New York and even London may be featured in the news series, which will be screened in the new year.
