BASIC INSTINCT and ROBOCOP helmer is next to tackle a sequel to THE THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR. The man himself gave an interview with Dutch radio show "Met Het Oog Op Morgen" ("With the Eye on Tomorrow"), where he confirmed his involvement.
The film, which is being called THE TOPKAKI AFFAIR, will once again star Pierce Brosnan. The flick will draw on material from 1964's Topkapi, an MGM film, and the Eric Ambler novel which it was based on, called "The Light of the Day."
