Miramax Films have acquired the rights to Scott Hicks's film THE BOYS ARE BACK. The film stars British actor Clive Owen, and is an adaptation of Simon Carr's seriocomic novel "The
Boys Are Back in Town."
The Hollywood Reporter says that Owen plays a widower struggling to raise his two sons. Laura Fraser and Emma Booth also star in the film, which is directed by Hicks (SHINE).
