Kassovitz making Rebellion and MDP

Mathieu Kassovitz has added two titles to his to do list, REBELLION and MNP, produced by the director's production house MNP Entreprise, so reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The trade says that Kassovitz will both star in and direct REBELLION, based on the true story of French commandoes who clashed with tribal dwellers in the South Pacific territory of New Caledonia in 1988. The 15 million euros film will feature an 'all-star' French A-list cast.

MDP will be a big-budget movie set on a space station. It is thought to be an 'end of the world' type story.
