A Hollywood film director is claiming that he invented Harry Potter, and now faces a legal battle with Warner Brothers as he plans to remake a movie to prove it. Helmer John Buechler is planning to bring a $20 million remake of his 1980's movie TROLL, which featured a character named Harry Potter to theaters.
