Here's a little tidbit from the Live Earth concerts that took place this past weekend. This involves comedian/ actors Ricky Gervais and Chris Rock, who were interviewed together after they took to the stage during the Wembley gig on Saturday afternoon. Now, the following little bit of news has to be taken as rumour only, as although it cam straight from the horse's mouth (Gervais), we cannot tell 100% if he is being serious or not. Darn it Gervais!!! So, here's the news.

During said interview with Jonathan Ross, Gervais said that he was teaming up with Chris Rock for a new movie in 2008 called BADGE BUDDIES (what a title), a buddy cop comedy with the two of them in lead roles. Rock backed up the claim from Gervais.

"I play a guy. My partner's retired and he takes over. I've never played a homosexual before." Gervais said.

"There's a lot of CGI in this movie." Rock added before Gervais chipped in - "The tongue is CGI."

"It's going to be Rush Hour meets Shakespeare In Love." Said Rock.
