Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has said that he would love to play James Bond in the future, but is worried that he is too short.
Radciffe, who is 5ft 7 inches, was speaking after he collected best male at this last weekend's National Movie Awards.
"It takes a big man to turn down the role of Bond," he said. "But I’m
not sure the world’s ready for a short-arse Bond. Maybe in the future,
but the problem is I would still be a short-arse."
Radcliffe has been also linked to a proposed Young James Bond movie, which would be based on the series of novels as written by former Fast Show star Charlie Higson.
