CBS films have paid $1 million for a new comedy pitch from FRED CLAUS writer Dan Fogelman, so reports Variety. The trade says that the movie revolves around four semi-retired baby boomers who embark on a getaway to Sin City.

The article posted in today's edition of the trade paper says that the mini-studio are also in the process of bringing a modern day re-telling of the BEAUTY AND THE BEAST story to the big screen. That film will be entitled BEASTLEY and will be set in a New York high school.
