We've just received the following release about the upcoming region two DVD DAVID BECKHAM - LIFE OF AN ICON.
Much has been written about England's favourite son, but there's no
disputing the fact that David Beckham is a phenomenon. Perhaps the only
man on the planet capable of securing a headline grabbing $250m soccer
contract, whilst supposedly at the end of his career!
As 'Brand Beckham' takes up residency in the US, and David begins the
next chapter of his football career with LA Galaxy, fans back home can
catch up on his incredible life story with the 20th August 2007 DVD
debut of David Beckham – The Life Of An Icon, released by Liberation
Entertainment.
As well as highlighting some of the most amazing moments in football
history this DVD will give the viewer a unique chance to look into the
lifestyle of the most famous twosome in the world. With interviews
including Sir Bobby Charlton, Eric Cantona and Sir Alex Fergusson; Life
of an Icon tells the whole Beckham story, the highs, the lows, the
tears and the triumphs.
His life has been a rollercoaster ride involving soccer bust-ups, a
jet-set lifestyle, the worlds' most scrutinised celebrity marriage,
fashion faux pars and more money than most people can imagine. Even
after over a decade in the spotlight, his amazing talent, growing
family and international superstar lifestyle continues to capture the
imagination of legions of fans and media worldwide.
This DVD brings David's amazing story right up to date to feature his
shining moments from 2007, including being voted Britain's Greatest
