Singer R Kelly has denied that he is the man in the sex tape which shows a man allegedly having sex with an underage girl. The 26-minute long video was shown in a Chicago court house yesterday. Kelly says that a mole on his back proves that he is not  in the video as the man who is in it does not have one. His lawyer also says that the girl in the video is a prostitute and not the alleged victim.

Prosecutors say that the video shows: "Vile, disturbing and disgusting sex acts, actions that were choreographed, produced and starred in by Kelly."

The 13-year old girl, now in her twenties also denies that it is her in the film. The trial continues in Chicago.
