Mexican pop singer PABLO MONTERO has been released from jail in Miami, Florida after he was arrested on Monday (11Aug08) for alleged cocaine possession.
 
The star, real name Oscar Hernandez, tested positive to a drug test, which violates the terms of his probation on driving charges a year ago (Aug07).
 
Montero will appear in court to answer to charges on 1 October (08).
