Mischa Barton faces four offences

Former star of the TV show THE O.C. Mischa Barton has been charged with four misdemeanors following her arrest back in December of last year. Actress Barton was arrested for DUI, and has now been charged for driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher, driving without a license and possession of marijuana.

She will now appear before a court on February 28.
