French filmmaker Luc Besson has revealed to ComingSoon.net that he is currently hard at work, writing a sequelt o the 2006 hit movie DISTRICT B13. He told the website: "There's some film where you like the cast, you like the characters and you want to see them again. For example, 'The Transporter,' we love this guy, you want to see this guy again. The rule is we will see him again if we have a good story. If we don't have a good story, there's no film. We're not here to just take the money and run. 'B13' I want to do the sequel to, I love the two characters, and there's the room to do another one. I have the idea then I think we're going to make it."
The original movie was a high-octane French language film that heavily featured the free running sport Parkour. It starred one of the sports co-creators David Belle.
Besson also revealed to the site that there could be another sequel to the Jason Statham starring series THE TRANSPORTER, 'if they get a good idea.'
