We've
just received some images from a new movie from Pathe called THE QUEEN. The movie
stars Helen Mirren as Queen Elizabeth II, while L.A. CONFIDENTIAL star James Cromwell
fills the shoes of Prince Phillip. Other stars lining up for the feature include
Michael Sheen who plays Tony Blair. The IMDB says the that the movie is
'an intimate behind the scenes glimpse at the interaction
between HM Elizabeth II and Prime Minister Tony Blair during their struggle, following
the death of Diana, to reach a compromise between what was a private tragedy for
the Royal family and the public's demand for an overt display of mourning.' We
have some of the first pictures of Mirren and the Queen and Cromwell as Phillip.
