Seems
the Internet rumour machine dwelled into exaggeration a tiny bit, at least according
to some sources. With all the hubbub surrounding Robert Rodriguez's segment of
"Grind House", all eyes and ears were eager to get something official.
Once again, our friends from the Grind House Forum gave us a heads up on developments.
The
folks at Moviehole report making contact with an inside studio source that denies
rumours of shut-down due to budgetary reasons, saying that Rodriguez's part is
simply done, plain and simple.
Different
sources have also confirmed all week long an impending start for partner Quentin
Tarantino's half, with MTV placing newcomer Cassandra Hepburn in the lead. Word
around the water cooler also has screen vet Mickey Rourke and "Wolf Creek"
star John Jarrat being up for a part. QT's bit will be called "Death Proof".
