Empire Online that pretty Keri, who
just wrapped up work on 'Mission: Impossible 3', signed on for Warner's upcoming
'August Rush'.
Directed
by Kirsten Sheridan (yes, the daughter of Jim) on a Paul Castro story, the film
will follow young musical prodigy August, who must work as a street performer
until he can find his birth parents. Some describe the project as a "drama
with fairy tale elements".
Russell
will co-star alongside Jonathan Rhys-Meyers and the very impressive Freddie Highmore,
also known as Charlie from 'The Chocolate Factory'. Rumours have Robin Williams
on board as well.
