Alba to 'Dream of Jeannie', but not 'Fantastic Four 2'

Alba will star in the big-screen ramke of 1960's TV show, I DREAM OF JEANNIE.
The star of FANTASTIC FOUR and SIN CITY will appear alongside FEVER PITCH and
TAXI star Jimmy Fallon. The original series starred Barbara Eden as a genie, alongside
an astronaut played by Larry Hagman.

reports that Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson and Kate Hudson were all considered
for the role before producers decided on Alba. Meanwhile,
the site also reporst that Alba has decided NOT to return to the screen in a sequel
of this year's lukewarm release FANTASTIC FOUR.
