Eva Longoria, aka Gabrielle Solis, fell down some stairs as she was leaving her dressing room on the set of Desperate Housewives. Her publicist Liza Anderson said, "Yesterday Eva slipped on one of the stairs coming out of her trailer. She was taken to St Joseph's hospital in Burbank for x-rays. Nothing is broken, but her ribs are very bruised. She expects to return to work as scheduled."

The beauty will still fly to France to see her boyfriend, NBA star Tony Parker. This is the second injury she has suffered on the Wisteria Lane soundstage. In August 2005 she was rushed to the hospital after being hit in the head by a falling pole.
