Hollywood News crew tear up Collectormania Posted

One
of the more popular features here on The Hollywood News are our reports from the
various fan conventions that we attend throughout the year. We've got the London
Film and Comic Con, the London Expo, Memorabilia and the event that we hit this
last weekend, Collectormania. These shows are great, and give the fans to meet
their idols, from current television and cinema to cult stars of yesteryear, and
give The Hollywood News crew a day out too. Our photographers get to do their
thing, and me, well, I get to loiter the halls and letch over the hotties too.
More on that later.
Collectormania
8 featured, amongst others, Captain Kirk - William Shatner, Nick Stahl (Sin City),
Catherine Bach (the original Daisy Duke), Chris Barrie (Red Dwarf), Robert Englund
and hot Playboy model and actress Sandra Taylor. All were signing autographs,
posing for pics and generally chatting with their streams of fans which packed
the Centre: MK in Milton Keynes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
So,
we chose to hit the event on Sunday, just hours after these images were taken.
Four
more pints of the black stuff later and I was comatose in bed, my wake-up call
set for 8am, just a few hours away. I awoke, not feeling the best, (that damn
Guinness) and at 9am we are on the road and heading East from THN HQ towards Milton
Keynes, where each and every Collectormania has taken place.
Paul
couldn't get to the convention fast enough! Playboy girls, they told me they
have Playboy girls...
This
is our third visit, and the third show which we have covered for the website,
and the guys at Showmasters were kind enough to give me and the boys press access.
Possibly not the best move in the world considering hot Playboy models and ex-Baywatch
babes were present. But still, that's what they did, and I'm eternally grateful
to them for giving our testosterone-filled selves the opportunity.
We
have posted tons of images from the show below but before you have a ganderI have
to throw a few shout-outs to some people that we met on the day. First up is a
guy named Terry Malloy, an actor whose most famous role was Davros in Doctor Who.

I promised him that I'd mention his site, and it is actually a pretty cool place,
so go on over and take a look. Next is the lurvly Sandra Taylor, a nice young
lady who played Suki in The Princess Diaries. Sandra was around signing autographs
and ahem nude pics all day long, and she even agreed to pose next to my sorry

by my eyes that I was totally hungover can't you?
