I just stumbled across this cool new video titled Tarantino Jukebox, a ten-minute piece from Film Radar which breaks down the use of music in the movies of Quentin Tarantino and how he puts his iconic soundtracks together.
The makers’ kick-off by featuring the work of other auteurs including Stanley Kubrick and Francis Ford Coppola, but then primarily focus on how Tarantino structures his musical accompaniments across his nine movies, including his most recent, Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood.
In the video, there are soundbites from Tarantino himself and some cool clips from each of his movies, all edited into a supremely tight piece that is an absolute must for fans of the man and his movies.
Head on over to YouTube to check it out, or click play below.
Insightful stuff.
