New Trailer For ‘Shaun The Sheep Movie: Farmageddon’ Plus A Special Soundtrack Announcement

STUDIOCANAL/Aardman/YouTube

STUDIOCANAL has revealed a brand new trailer for the upcoming Aardman Animation animated feature Shaun The Sheep Movie: Farmageddon along with a special soundtrack announcement. “LAZY”, an original song performed by The Vaccines and Kylie Minogue. “LAZY” will feature in the movie opening in cinemas worldwide this Autumn. Also revealed today is a cameo from British YouTuber Joe Sugg who recorded his surprise performance as “Pizza Boy” with Directors Richard Phelan and Will Becher over the summer.

The official synopsis is as follows:

Shaun the Sheep’s highly anticipated return to the big screen will herald the arrival of a mystery visitor from far across the galaxy…

…an impish and adorable alien called LU-LA who crash-lands near Mossy Bottom Farm, Shaun soon sees an opportunity for alien-powered fun and adventure as he sets off on a mission to shepherd LU-LA home.

Her magical alien powers, irrepressible mischief and galactic sized burps – showcased in today’s trailer – soon have the flock enchanted.

Can Shaun and the flock avert Farmageddon on Mossy Bottom Farm before it’s too late?

Justin Hayward-Young, The Vaccines comments “We love Kylie and we love Aardman, both national treasures. Collaborating together on LAZY was an honour and a dream come true. Maybe an unlikely pairing on the face of it – but one that makes total sense in a world as wonderful and mischievous as Shaun’s.”
