A trailer for the upcoming indie film Don’t Come Back From The Moon has just been released online. The film stars Jeff Wahlberg, James Franco, Rashida Jones, Alyssa Elle Steinacker, Henry Hopper, Hale Lytle, Jeremiah Noe, and Cheyenne Haynes, and starts rolling out in U.S. cinemas and on demand later this month. There doesn’t seem to be much more info on releases in other territories as yet though, but we hope this find an audience outside its domestic territory.
Here’s the official blurb with all the plot details:
In a dusty town at the edge of the world, the men of a small community begin to vanish, one by one. Theories about their whereabouts swirl through the ether as their wives and teenaged children wait for their return.
Bruce Thierry Cheung is directing the film from a screenplay by by Dean Bakopoulos and Bruce Thierry Cheung – adapted from Bakopoulos’ novel “Please Don’t Come Back from the Moon”.
